Please do not send any items back to us without first getting a returns number. Items sent back to us without a returns number will not be accepted by our goods in department. If you wish to return a product to us, please follow one of the following procedures:

 

Returns online



Did you know that you can process your returns online? You can create an online return for any product you have purchased from us then view it's progress by logging in to your account.

 

To process an online return:

 

1) Go to www.traderswarehouse.co.uk.

 

2) Click the 'My Account' button in the navigation bar.

 

3) Enter your email address and password into the required fields then click 'Continue' to log in to your account.

 

4) In the 'Orders' column, click the 'See Orders' link. This will show a list of all the orders you have made with us either online or otherwise.

 

5) Locate the order that contains the product you wish to return.

 

6) In the 'Edit | View' column on the left hand side, click 'View'. This will bring up the order on the screen.

 

7) Click the 'Request Return' button. This brings up the return screen.



8) In the 'Reason for Return' box near the top of the screen, type in the general reason for returning the products (such as 'suspected fault')

 

9) If you have your own returns reference, enter it into the 'Your Ref. #' section. This will be set to your original order number as default.

 

10) In the 'Add Items to Return' section, make sure the item you wish to return is on one of the lines. If there are multiple items in this section and you don't widh to return them all, you can remove them from the list by highlighting the line and clicking the 'Remove' button.



11) On each product line, enter a detailed description of the fault of the item in the 'Reason for Return' column. Please ensure that you give as much detail as possible as it will help us to process your return more quickly. Please do not give short descriptions such as 'faulty' or 'broken' as we will not be able to process your return in good time.

 

12) In the 'Send Yourself a Copy' section, you will notice that 'Email' is already ticked. Check that this is your email address to send yourself a copy of the return on email.

 

13) Click the 'Submit' button to save the return. The return request will now be sent to our support department. They will review your return request and suggest any possible fixes. If they agree that the product needs to be returned to us, they will approve the return request.

 

14) Once the return request has been approved, go back to the 'My Account' section of the website and click the 'See Return Requests' link in the 'Orders' section. 



15) Print off a copy of the return form and attach it to the outside of the box in which you are sending the products back to us.



16) Send The box back to us using a courier which uses a form of recorded delivery (i.e. Royal Mail recorded or special delivery)

17) To view the status of your return, go back to the 'My Account' section of the website and click the 'See Return Requests' link in the 'Orders' section. Check the 'Messages' section at the bottom of the screen for updates on your return.

 

Returns over the phone



1) Make sure you have the product numbers, serial numbers and invoice numbers of the items you wish to return.



2) Call us on 0844 8844 044 and ask for the technical support department.



3) The technical support department will start a support case for you and try to troubleshoot the product problems.



4) If the technical support department cannot troubleshoot the problem, they will gove you a case number and pass you through to the returns department.



5) The returns department will ask for your case number (no returns can be added without a case number) and start an RMA request.



6) You will be emailed or faxed a copy of the returns form to attach to the outside of the product box when you send it back.



7) Send The box back to us using a courier which uses a form of recorded delivery (i.e. Royal Mail recorded or special delivery)
