Please do not send any items back to us without first getting a returns number. Items sent back to us without a returns number will not be accepted by our goods in department. If you wish to return a product to us, please follow one of the following procedures:
Returns online
Did you know that you can process your returns online? Simply click the link below to download the returns form and then simply email it back across to us, once we approve it and send you back a returns number simply send the product back to us via a form of recorded delivery with the RMA number on the outer packaging.

Returns over the phone
1) Make sure you have the product numbers, serial numbers and invoice numbers of the items you wish to return.
2) Call us on 0844 8844 044 and ask for the technical support department.
3) The technical support department will start a support case for you and try to troubleshoot the product problems.
4) If the technical support department cannot troubleshoot the problem, they will gove you a case number and pass you through to the returns department.
5) The returns department will ask for your case number (no returns can be added without a case number) and start an RMA request.
6) You will be emailed or faxed a copy of the returns form to attach to the outside of the product box when you send it back.
7) Send The box back to us using a courier which uses a form of recorded delivery (i.e. Royal Mail recorded or special delivery)
