Returns
Procedure
All products sold by traderswarehouse carry a 12 month 'Return To
Base' warranty from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified in writing.
The warranty covers failure of equipment due to faults arising from bad materials
or workmanship but not due to fair wear and tear, the results of carlessness
or incompetence or by the use of equipment out of it's specified parameters.
Cutting or modifying cables or opening sealed units will void any warranty.
Upon receiving faulty equipment back we will repair or, at our discretion,
replace with the same product or a product with equivalent specifications.
Products sent back as not needed for any reason after 5 working days from
the invoice date will be accepted at our discrestion and will be subject to
a restocking fee depending on condition.
We operate a 5 day money back guarantee providing products are sent back in
immediately resellable condition including any accessories and documentation.
Obtaining an RMA (Returns) Number
Before sending any products back please obtain a returns number by doing the
following:
- Download a copy of the returns form by clicking
here or call us to request one by fax.
- Fill in all parts of the form and email or fax it back to us (info@traderswarehouse.co.uk / 0844 8844 045).
- We will then issue an RMA number and notify you by faxing or emailing the
form back.
- Attach the form to the box and send the item back using a courier that provides
proof of delivery within 14 days.
- If you need us to arrange to have the goods collected we will charge a premium
based on the rate.
We will not accept any returns without a valid returns number and cannot be
held responsible for any returns that have not been signed for by a traderswarehouse
representative.
