• When traditional fuses are being used for overcurrent protection, it can only protect once, then it must be replaced. The PTC resettable fuse is a type of overcurrent protection element that has two functions: providing overcurrent protection and automatic reset.
• The overcurrent protection PTC element is serially connected to the circuit, and under normal circumstances it provides a low resistance state and can ensure the normal working of the circuit. If a short circuit or unusually high current occurs, the PTC fuses cut in to reduce the voltage down to a trickle, thus preventing damage and protecting the equipment.
• The PTC fuse will automatically reset once the fault in the overcurrent is removed. The PTC elements will automatically return to their low resistance state, which not only avoids maintenance or replacement but also avoids a continuously circulating switching state, which can cause circuit damage.
Delivery and collection
We're partnered with DPD for nationwide delivery with a 1 hour delivery slot, SMS text message notifications and a range of timed delivery options. Alternatively, we offer a same-day local delivery van service or you can click and collect in as little as 15 minutes at one of our trade counters across the UK (subject to stock in the branch).
• Standard next day delivery by DPD is £12.50 + VAT or free for orders over £250 + VAT.
• Our local van delivery service is free for orders over £100 + VAT. A small order fee of £5 + VAT is chargeable for orders under £100+ VAT.

Returns for products not required
We offer a 14 day returns window for any products purchased but not required. Simply contact us up to 14 days from the invoice date and we will raise the returns paperwork and send it to you to be included with the items you are returning.
We will inspect the returned products to ensure they have not been opened or used and are still in a good enough condition for us to resell. Once the returned products have passed inspection, we will raise a credit for the value paid on the original invoice.
Returns for faulty products
Please contact us to diagnose any suspected faulty products. Once we agree that the product may be faulty, we will raise the paperwork for you to include with the returned products. Upon receipt of the products, we will inspect and test them if necessary. Some products require that they be sent back to the manufacturer for testing.
Once the products have been inspected and tested, and if we deem them to be faulty, we will replace them with the same product or, if that is no longer available, a product of the same or better specification.
