The HiLook DVR-208U-M1 is an 8 channel DVR that has deep learning based classification of human and vehicle targets using Motion Detection 2.0. This feature can accurately detect humans and vehicles, reducing false alarms caused by other objects. It has 8 channels for analogue cameras and can take up to 16 IP cameras when a PoE switch is used, making it a cost effective solution for sites that require many cameras.

Motion Detection 2.0

Human and vehicle analysis with a system that leverages deep learning-based Motion Detection 2.0. Enabled by default across all analog channels, it excels at classifying humans and vehicles, significantly reducing false alarms triggered by objects such as leaves and lights.

Delivery and collection

We're partnered with DPD for nationwide delivery with a 1 hour delivery slot, SMS text message notifications and a range of timed delivery options. Alternatively, we offer a same-day local delivery van service or you can click and collect in as little as 15 minutes at one of our trade counters across the UK (subject to stock in the branch).

• Standard next day delivery by DPD is £12.50 + VAT or free for orders over £250 + VAT.
• Our local van delivery service is free for orders over £100 + VAT. A small order fee of £5 + VAT is chargeable for orders under £100+ VAT.
• For click and collect, please check the stock level of the product you are ordering on the product pages.

Returns for products not required

We offer a 14 day returns window for any products purchased but not required. Simply contact us up to 14 days from the invoice date and we will raise the returns paperwork and send it to you to be included with the items you are returning.

We will inspect the returned products to ensure they have not been opened or used and are still in a good enough condition for us to resell. Once the returned products have passed inspection, we will raise a credit for the value paid on the original invoice.

Returns for faulty products

Please contact us to diagnose any suspected faulty products. Once we agree that the product may be faulty, we will raise the paperwork for you to include with the returned products. Upon receipt of the products, we will inspect and test them if necessary. Some products require that they be sent back to the manufacturer for testing.

Once the products have been inspected and tested, and if we deem them to be faulty, we will replace them with the same product or, if that is no longer available, a product of the same or better specification.
